Target individual receives a letter in the mail inviting him/her to answer a few questions via an online (or phone based) survey. The envelope contains a debit card.

  • The target market can include any group or individual from which the sponsoring organization is interested in collecting information. (cardiology patients, oncologists, targeted prescription drug users, customer executives, etc.).
  • The target must be a group of individuals with available mailing addresses.
  • The collected information must be valuable enough for the sponsoring organization to want to offer a financial incentive for a completed response.
